This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Table5 LLC, the owner of the brand GuardTech Plus, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (“Sponsor”).
1. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Table5 LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
Limit: Only one (1) submission per person is permitted per contest period. A maximum of two (2) total contest winnings are allowed per person within any twelve (12) month period, regardless of the number of entries submitted. Additional entries or winnings beyond these limits will be disqualified.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a 15–60 second video showing themselves using one or more GuardTech Plus products. Videos must be original, authentic, and demonstrate responsible and lawful firearm handling. Entries may be submitted through any designated entry form, link, or method announced by GuardTech Plus. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Entry Period
The Contest runs on a monthly basis. Each monthly contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the 1st day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the month. The exception to this monthly cycle will be the 1st contest that begins in October 2025. Entries received after the monthly deadline will automatically be considered for the next month’s contest.
4. Selection of the Monthly Winner
All eligible entries will be reviewed by the GuardTech Plus staff after the close of each monthly entry period. The monthly winner will be selected based on overall creativity, product demonstration quality, authenticity, and presentation value. The selection process can take up to 15 days after the beginning of the month. All decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to select a winner for any month if:
fewer than two (2) eligible entries are received,
no entry meets the judging criteria or overall quality expectations, or
all entries are determined to be inappropriate, offensive, illegal, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
In such cases, no prize will be awarded for that month, and the Sponsor is under no obligation to carry the prize forward, substitute a different prize, or reopen judging for that period.
Monthly winners will be notified via email and/or SMS message. The winner will have seven (7) calendar days to respond and confirm their shipping address. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize. There is no grace period or appeal process beyond the seven-day deadline.
5. Prizes
The monthly winner will receive $100 or more worth of GuardTech Plus products (based on MSRP and shipping cost), shipped free of charge to the winner. Winning shipments are restricted to the contiguous United States. International, APO/FPO addresses are excluded. Hawaii and Alaska winners will be charged an additional fee for shipping which will be discussed with the winner. All equipment awarded is brand new and includes the full manufacturer’s warranty. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Table5 LLC.
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The approximate retail value of each monthly prize is based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) at the time of award and may vary. The total value of the monthly prizes includes the cost of products as well as shipping costs.
6. Rights Granted by Entrants
By submitting an entry, each participant grants Table5 LLC and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of their submitted video and any associated content in connection with the promotion, marketing, and advertising of GuardTech Plus products or the Contest itself. All submissions become the property of Table5 LLC and will not be returned. Entrants agree that their video may be edited, adapted, or combined with other content at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Representations and Warranties
By entering, participants represent and warrant that: The video is their original work and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party; They have obtained all necessary permissions for any person or property appearing in the video; Their submission complies with all applicable laws and firearm safety rules. Any video depicting unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible firearm handling will be disqualified.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Table5 LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Table5 LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; or any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation.
Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Table5 LLC, its affiliates, and representatives from any third-party claims arising out of or related to their entry, participation, or violation of these rules.
Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the privacy policy of Table5 LLC. Entrant information will be used solely for contest administration, prize fulfillment, and future promotional contact unless the entrant opts out.
10. General Conditions
Table5 LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time for any reason. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Disqualification
Table5 LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, engages in fraud, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Table5 LLC reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Disputes / Governing Law
This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and participants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
